Pricing - | I have included the general price of many engravings below the photos of guns in the gallery section of this site. Most people who know my work just hand me a gun with a vague idea of the price range they have in mind and I take it from there, creating an engraving around the shape of the gun and the price range. Others give me a photo of a classic style and I work from that. Either way is fine. The price depends not on the material I cut, whether brass, stainless steel, blue steel, etc... but on the style, coverage, detail, and background. Turn around time on guns averages about 9 months, more or less, depending on the time of year. This does not mean that I need your gun for that time, usually just a few weeks is all I need for the actual engraving once I have reached your name on my engraving list and had you Fed-ex your guns to me. Scrimshaw, Knives and other small jobs might take only a couple of weeks. Once we have spoken about the job I can give you a firm price and time frame. | |
| Shipping - | I do have an FFL (Federal Firearm License) so shipping is no problem, usually via Fedex or UPS. Make sure the firearm or knife is packed well and ship it, insured, and return receipt so I have to sign for it at the door. Again, call first and I will give you specific shipping instructions and my shipping address. |  |
